Zurich is a notable multinational insurance company that provides services to individuals and businesses in more than 200 countries. Their challenge was to promote internal collaboration and bring their employees' ideas to life in a creative project.

To address this challenge, we organized a co-creation session, with connectingbrains*, in which several Zurich employees actively participated. Subsequently, a team of 4 talented illustrators brought these ideas to life in the form of 15 impressive murals, reflecting the results of the co-creation sessions. The outcome of this collaboration was a stunning art work that represented the creativity of Zurich’s employees.
